Before initiating the registration process, it will be very helpful for you to check this list of required information and accepted IDs. It will ensure the smooth completion of SIM registration Globe.

Before beginning the registration process, make sure to have the following details ready:

Globe SIM Registration Deadline:

When the SIM registration law was enacted, December 27, 2022, was announced as the deadline to register SIMs, and several SIMs that were not registered before July 30 2023, were blocked. There is no deadline for New SIMs; you can register anytime. Globe Sim registration via Globe One App is a simple three-step process for registered users who are already enjoying its services.

New User-Enroll in the Globe One App

However, new user of the Globe One App would need to enroll first. The app will show you that there is NO REGISTERED account. You should not fret;  complete the standard account enrollment process on the app and then proceed for Globe one app sim registration process.

Click “Enroll account to GlobeOne”>Select your Mobile > Add Mobile number > Enter OTP > Next > Add your Nickname >  Click Proceed.

That’s it; you have enrolled on the App; go back to the Home Page.

• Check the box and certify that you are of legal age and have entered accurate and true information to the best of your knowledge.
• Click submit, after a few seconds of processing the final message will pop up with a note that your registration request has been submitted.
• Globe may take 24 hours to validate all details and register the SIM card Globe.

Republic Act (RA) 11934 requires every mobile user to register SIMs with their local telecom service provider for enhanced consumer protection and security against fraudulent activities such as online fraud and mobile scams. Globe has introduced SIM registration via “Gcash App” for fully-verified Gcash customers to streamline this requirement.

SIM Registration Globe is straightforward through Gcash App for verified users of this app.

• If you are fully-Verified Gcash User you will already have Gcash app installed in your phone, Or you can download it from Google Play store or App Store for IOS.
• Open Gcash App and  if you are “unregistered” but fully-verified user , you will see prompt to Register your SIM.
• Follow the prompt and enter the required information and submit.
• By opting this method, you are authorizing Gcash App providers to forward your data to Globe Telecom.
• Globe Telecom will validate your information and you will receive confirmation in few days.

Globe has introduced an easy online SIM registration system for its customers, but they understand some people may still need help completing registration; therefore, to ensure hassle-free SIM registration, Globe has opened 25 Easyhubs and 147 Globe stores across the country for on-site assistance. 

• Locate and visit the nearest Globe store or Authorized Retail.
• Request that they help you with SIM registration.
• They will ask for your basic information like your Nationality, Name, gender, Age, etc.
• Give them any one government ID card ( such as a National ID Driver’s License, IBP ID, or NBI Clearance)
• The retailer will complete the registration process, and you will receive a confirmation message on your Globe SIM.

Globe SIM Registration QR Code

Now you can do Globe SIM card registration by using a QR code.

Follow the below steps to quickly register your Globe eSIM.

1. Access the QR Code:
   • Obtain the registration QR code. QR code is usually available on official Globe website, or on Globe One app.
   • If you opt for Globe eSIM, you should receive QR code in your email.
2. Scan the QR Code:
   • Open your phone’s camera or a QR code scanner app.
   • Point the camera at the QR code to scan it.
3. Open the Registration Page:
   • Once scanned, the QR code will redirect you to Globe’s online SIM registration portal.
4. Fill in the Required Information:
   • Complete the registration form with your details, such as your name, address, and mobile number.
   • Upload a valid government-issued ID as proof of identity.
5. Review and submit the Registration form and wait for a confirmation message from Globe.

GLOBE PREPAID SIM REGISTRATION STEPS:

1. Visit the Registration Platform:
   • Go to https://new.globe.com.ph/simreg or open the Globe One App.
2. Enter Your Details:
   • Input your SIM/Phone number.
   • Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number and click Next.
3. Provide Personal Information:
   • Fill in your Nationality, Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, and Address.
   • Click Next to proceed.
4. Upload Your ID and Photo:
   • Select a Government-issued ID and provide the ID number.
   • Upload a clear photo of your ID and a selfie photo.
5. Submit and Save:
   • Click Submit to complete the process.
   • Save the reference number shown in the popup window for confirmation.
   • Your registration request will be validated within 24 hours.

In compliance with SIM Registartion act (RA 11943 )Telocom has already added postpaid and platinum customers’ information into SIM registartion database.

Globe Postpaid users can complete the registration process in just one step:

Postpaid customers do not have worry to about initiating the registration process as Globe already has their information and identity proof, which they submitted at the time of Globe postpaid application.

• Globe will send a text message to Globe Prepaid customers to verify that their details are correct. 
• Postpaid users should just type “SIMREG” and send it to 8080
• In response to the text message, Globe will send a confirmation message that registration is completed successfully.

Registration is equally essential for at-home Prepaid wifi users to enjoy uninterrupted and secure digital activities.
